My Enthusiasm, as well as my zest for life and people, is the primary driving force behind Chasity Rosales' real estate practice – and my life. I am a happy, energetic, and fortunate person. I bring that positive attitude to every endeavor; my standards of quality are set by the "three Ds." They stand for Dedicated, Determined, and Dependable. I am Dedicated to my clients, Determined to meet their needs, and Dependable whenever they need me and will go above and beyond to make it happen. I come from a long line of Building Contractors. My personal involvement in the family business has given me a sharp eye for the kind of flaws that would make a house a poor investment for a buyer. At the same time, I have the knowledge and experience to assist sellers in preparing, staging, and decorating their homes for the most appealing presentation. My formal education includes: Associate of Arts in Fashion Merchandising, Bachelor of Science in Social Psychology, a Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling, and a myriad of Army Leadership and life skills courses. I have served in the Army Reserves for more than 30 years. I have been a part of the El Paso area since 2004; holding various Army Community Outreach positions assisting America's finest in Community resources. My personal philosophy is patience over pressure. I understand the importance of the Real Estate process being "Client Driven" meaning it has to be right for them and not me, and will work tirelessly to meet my client's needs and dreams!
