Shortly after graduating from the University of Houston-Downtown, Trinh found her passion for real estate through a local investment group. Her personal investments in real estate helped her gain hands-on experience and soon became a licensed real estate agent and broker. Trinh decided to take her real estate career to the next level by founding Trini J. Realty (now The Realty).      Under The Realty, Trinh has successfully completed over 700 transactions in both commercial and residential real estate with the help of 47 realtors who Trinh has personally trained and manages.      Trinh specializes in helping other real estate investors like herself find and add cash flowing properties to their portfolios. Even buyers who are new to real estate investing can feel confident that they have a well-rounded and highly qualified professional in their corner to guide them. While many real estate agents and brokers are technically qualified, they lack the personal experience necessary to provide a comprehensive perspective to buyers. Trinh has lived owning investment properties through the purchase and management of 5 apartment buildings and over 15 smaller, multi-family homes.
