Redefining Real Estate Monique Flores was the Founder and Team Leader of The Pelham Group which is now The Sold Buy Group at Compass. Her journey in the real estate industry started in 2004 when she began working with several major franchises, boutique brokerages, and national new home builders. Over time, she gained invaluable experience and knowledge in the industry, and even built a new home builder from the ground-up. In 2012, she decided to take her career to the next level by founding her own independently-owned boutique brokerage. Her vision was to create a company that would serve the Central Texas community with the highest level of service and expertise. Her hard work and dedication paid off, and her brokerage has become a trusted name in the industry. In 2024 Compass, a publicly traded luxury real estate brand, approached Monique with the opportunity to merge what she created at The Pelham Group with incredible network and power of Compass. It was a no-brainer. We are now called the SOLD BUY GROUP at Compass and couldn't be happier. Teamwork has always been at the core of our foundation. Behind every response, inquiry, comment, and post are real people and each Buyer/Seller/Investor has a dedicated licensed expert to guide them through their process.
