My name is Martha Perez. I am a professional REALTOR ® I moved to Laredo, Texas from Monterrey, Nuevo Leon and lived here since 1993 . I have called the Gateway City, my home and place for my husband and I to raise our 5 wonderful children. ­ I studied Law in the Universidad Autonoma de Nuevo Leon and proceed to work in a fast upscale environment of property management business, construction and remodeling industry. With the encouragement of family, I got my Texas Real Estate Agent License in 2006. Since then, I have been acquiring several designations and certifications to assure my clients and customers to receive the most ethical, professional and knowledgably service. In my practice of real estate I specialize in the sale of new and existing homes and commercial real estate as well. Leveraging my experience as a successful business owner, I am well known for great customer service, 24/7 availability, high tech marketing techniques, consistent communication, personal touches and as a skilled negotiator with my client's best interest at heart. Since 2007 I helped a lot of families purchase homes in Laredo. I am active member of the Laredo Association of Realtors (2016 President) and the Laredo Builders Association (Past President) I work with 2 of my children that are also passionate REALTORS, Oscar A.
