He managed all computer and web-related presences for a local franchise real estate company for more than 15 years, but that was concluded in 2009. James actively helped the flooded residences in north Beaumont after Hurricane Ike. He assisted many with the FEMA relocation program and designed and built a "Katrina Cottage" in that area. Very efficient with 2 x 6 exterior walls, tankless water heater, and a heat-pump mini-split system. Two Bedrooms and One and a half baths. James is a Builder at Heart......"
