About Greg Willis

Owner Greg Willis was born in Granbury, just off the square in 1962. Greg grew up fishing Lakes Benbrook and Granbury with his dad and grandad, playing golf in Ft. Worth and Willow Park, and dove hunting in the fields of Mambrino, while being raised in Ft. Worth. He attended Western Hills High School for three years, but graduated from Weatherford High School, before receiving a double major at Houston Baptist University in 1986. He went on to earn a Masters degree from Southwestern Seminary in Fort Worth in 1993, and has spent 20 years in professional ministry as a Youth Minister and as a Pastor, at seven different churches. Greg got his start in real estate in 1997 in the highly competitive market of Summit County, Colorado, which is home to the world class resort towns of Breckenridge, Keystone, and Copper Mountain. Leaving the local RE/MAX office, Greg started his own company in 1999. By 2001, he was one of the leading Realtors in the county. Greg was consistently in the top 1% of the 600 Realtors in the association in the number of listings sold, on an annual basis. He sold his business in 2005 to move back to Texas, so he could be closer to his parents, and his children could be closer to their grandparents. Greg changed his business name to TexasRealEstateSavings.com in 2014. He now sells 8-9 times the amount of properties as the average real estate agent, according to National Association of Realtor statistics. With over 1650 real estate transactions under his belt, and saving his clients millions of dollars in real estate commissions, Greg has the knowledge you need, and the experience you deserve to walk you through what can be a sticky transaction at times.
