Jeff started in Real Estate in 1992. He has since maintained top producer status by blending his technical expertise, marketing and technology skills, and negotiating strengths to ensure that every transaction is a wise choice for his clients personally, financially, and structurally. Jeff is a licensed builder in Texas and is owner of 3rd Street Custom Homes. This and the combination of 23 years of selling Real Estate and 25 years of remodeling/building gives Jeff a unique way of helping his clients. Ethan is a lifelong resident of Richardson, TX. Ethan attended Prairie Creek Elementary, NJHS, J.J. Pearce High School and Graduated from Rhodes College in Memphis, TN. Ethan has been around construction and Real Estate his entire life and can handle any process from explaining a new build or remodel to Real Estate Sales and Leases.
