I live in San Marcos, TX and serve buyers and sellers all around Central Texas. I was born in Austin and spent much of my life at the family ranch near San Marcos. My education was in Business and Marketing at East Texas State University. My husband, son, and I lived for several years in Kalispell, Montana where we owned a frame shop and art gallery. I lived in Colorado Springs for 15 years where I became a Realtor and my husband was a general contractor. Together we and specialize in buying run-down houses and fixing them up and making them beautiful to re-sell. We moved back to Texas in 2012 and continued our real estate ventures in this lovely area. Having the eye of an investor myself, I work hard to help others find the best deals on homes. I am also able to advise home buyers on repairs, remodeling, and updating. As an Accredited Home Stager, I have a great deal of practical experience in staging and preparing sellers' homes for sale. I utilize all my knowledge of real estate buying and selling, construction, investing, and staging to help my clients have the best possible experience when it is time to buy or sell their homes. My family also owns a lavender farm and I am always ready to help others find their own special piece of land in the country.
