It was a challenging time to start, but it taught me resilience, focus, and the importance of building strong client relationships. My background in communications helped me quickly connect with people and become one of the top new agents in the Rio Grande Valley during my first year. In 2012, after earning my broker’s license, I founded GRT Realty with a vision to combine modern marketing, technology, and personalized service. Over the years, GRT Realty has grown into the largest independent brokerage in the Lower Rio Grande Valley, leading in both agent count and sales volume through 2024 and 2025. Today, my focus is on creating an exceptional client experience—clear communication, skilled negotiation, and expert guidance every step of the way. Whether working with first-time buyers, seasoned investors, or luxury sellers, my goal is to help clients make confident, informed decisions. Beyond real estate, I’m proud to serve my community through leadership roles with the United Way of Southern Cameron County, the Gladys Porter Zoo, and the Rancho Viejo Planning & Zoning Commission. I’m also the founder of The Brownsville Guy, a social media platform celebrating the people, culture, and progress of our region.
